Hello, we’re the Henley family, and we’re excited to welcome you to the stunning Lake Coeur d’Alene region in North Idaho.

I’m Randy Henley, and I’ve been working in real estate for over 30 years—all of it right here with Windermere/Coeur d’Alene Realty, the area’s oldest and most established real estate company. My wife, Nancy, and I have been married for over 52 years. While Nancy is not a licensed agent, she plays a vital role as my assistant—helping behind the scenes with client care, communication, and the many details that keep our business running smoothly.

Before my real estate career, Nancy and I spent three decades farming and ranching. We raised wheat, alfalfa hay, cattle—and three amazing sons. During those years, we also bought and sold thousands of acres of farmland and ranches. That’s when I discovered a deep passion for real estate that has stayed with me ever since.

We still own a large farm in Whitman County, Washington, now leased to a young farmer. This allows me to focus full-time on real estate. While I specialize in land and rural property, I also have a strong track record of helping buyers and sellers with residential homes. Over the years, I’ve successfully closed more than 200 transactions, totaling over $100 million in sales. In 2017, my hard work was recognized when I was named the #1 agent in the Windermere Coeur d’Alene office.

Over ten years ago, our son Drew Henley joined me in the business. Before that, he worked in the home construction industry and in customer service at Falco’s in Spokane. Drew brings energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude to every transaction. He has built a thriving real estate career of his own while still teaming up with me on select transactions.

Drew and I often work both independently and collaboratively to best serve our clients. Our shared goal is simple: put people first, provide honest guidance, and help every client succeed.
