Hello. I want to welcome you to beautiful North Idaho and the Lake Coeur d'Alene area. I have been a licensed real estate agent for over 22 years. All of it right here at Windermere/Coeur d'Alene Realty. The oldest and most experienced real estate company in Coeur d'Alene Idaho. 

My wife Nancy and I have been married and working together for over 50 years. Nancy has recently given up her real estate license but still works tirelessly in the background making sure I have all of our paperwork in order and keeping us going in the right direction. 

The first 30 years that Nancy and I were married we farmed and ranched. We raised wheat, alfalfa hay, cattle and three wonderful sons. We also bought and sold thousands of acres of farms and ranches and it was during those early years we realized that we loved the real estate business as much as farming.

We still have a large farm in Whitman County Washington that is leased to a young farmer. This allows us to do real estate full time. We love to help folks buy and sell land but we also have a passion for selling quality homes and over the years we have helped to close over 200 transactions totaling over 100 million in sales.

Our son Drew Henley joined Windermere a few years ago. Drew spent 10 years working in the home construction industry as well as working in sales and customer service. Drew has a positive attitude, endless energy and is a perfect fit for the real estate business. He has built a strong referral based business of his own and been with Windermere for 9 years. Working both separately and together we plan to continue to provide real estate services for buyers and sellers for a very long time.
